Ladies, do you feel like you have lost your mojo? Do you want to train safely to get strong and build your confidence? Have you experienced unexplainable weight gain? Do you feel tired all the time? Have you started to experience nagging aches and pains plus your normal workouts (when you can be bothered to do them) can often leave you sore and achy for days?

 

Transition is an intelligent strength training programme which has been designed around all the physiological changes that happen before, during peri-menopause and menopause. It will give you the skills and knowledge you need to take your workouts from the fitness studio, to the gym floor, mastering all the fundamentals of both movements and programming.
