A beautiful mix of antenatal support, yogic movement, breath work and stretching, and guided self-hypnosis, combined to help you take care of your body and mind through the second and third trimesters.
The latter portion of class is dedicated to a blissfully relaxing hypnobirthing immersion. More than just meditation, you will be invited to get comfortable and cosy for this section - feel free to bring your favourite blanket or pillow and cosy socks from home if you want to!
