MEMBERSHIPS
CANCELLING YOUR DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIP
We recognise that many people’s circumstances change. In such an event, should you wish to cancel your direct debit membership we ask that you notify, in writing via email, giving three calendar months’ notice. Please ensure you also notify your bank.
This needs to be done before the 20th of the month to be effective from the 1st of the following month. Where notification is not received by the 20th of the month, we reserve the right to collect the following month and notice of your cancellation will be deemed to have been given in the following month.
If you wish to restart your membership with us at any time, you will be required to pay the joining fee.
CANCELLING YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
As we offer a heavily discounted Annual Membership for customers wanting to commit for 12 months, this membership cannot be cancelled once purchased.
FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Memberships cannot be frozen. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. long-term illness), please contact reception, who will forward your request on to NR12 Fitness Management, to consider each case individually.
CLASS BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
With our classes growing in popularity, and to ensure all members get an opportunity to attend, we have implemented the following policy effective from 2nd January 2024.
Classes are available to book up to 14 days in advance. We recommend booking early, especially for popular classes. Booking will close one hour before the class start time.
Members must be considerate and avoid booking an unreasonable number of sessions that may impact other members’ ability to attend. NR12 FITNESS reserves the right to cancel excessive bookings (e.g. multiple back-to-back bookings of the same class).
To reduce no-shows, a £3 cancellation charge will apply to members who fail to attend or cancel within 4 hours of the class start time.
BOOKING A CLASS
All class bookings must be made online via the ClubRight app. Booking or cancellation requests via email or social media will not be accepted.
Bookings can be made in person; however, payment will be required upfront for pay-as-you-go customers. Alternatively, members may purchase a class pack or Gold Membership.
If classes are full, a waiting list will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Members will be notified by email if a space becomes available.
NR12 FITNESS reserves the right to refuse entry to members who arrive late and miss the warm-up, for health and safety reasons and to avoid disruption to classes. Members are encouraged to attend for the full duration of each class to ensure proper warm-down.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
From 2nd January 2024, NR12 FITNESS operates a 4-hour class cancellation policy.
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before class
PAYG/Class Pack members will have their credit returned to their account. NR12 FITNESS does not issue refunds. Gold Members may cancel without charge.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class (PAYG/Class Pack)
Payment will not be credited and will be lost.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class (Gold Membership)
A £3 cancellation fee will be applied and must be paid before future class bookings can be made.
WAITING LISTS
Waiting lists are available for full classes. Members must have a valid payment method to join a waiting list.
If a space becomes available, members will be notified by email. The 4-hour cancellation policy applies immediately once a space is accepted from the waiting list.
If a member can no longer attend, they must remove themselves from the waiting list to avoid being charged.
If a member does not secure a space, any class credits used will be automatically returned to their account for future use.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS MADE BY NR12 FITNESS
Occasionally, classes may be cancelled by NR12 FITNESS. In such cases, members will be notified by email and may be contacted by phone if necessary.
All cancelled classes will be fully refunded for PAYG customers or credited back to class pack users.
