Photography and filming consent is obtained through our PAR-Q on your membership profile. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please ensure the corresponding box on your profile is unchecked. Additionally, kindly inform a staff member if you notice any filming for promotional purposes.

The use of mobile phones is prohibited in changing rooms.

When using a smartphone, tablet, or other devices in the gym or studio, it's your responsibility to keep them secure. We recommend keeping them on your person rather than on equipment.

When using personal technology, respect others' privacy. Obtain prior permission from all individuals appearing in your photographs or videos. Delete captured images or footage if consent is withheld, and seek retrospective consent for accidentally captured content. If you plan to use an image, explain its purpose and potential audience to the individuals involved, obtaining their consent beforehand.

We occasionally film and photograph for promotional purposes. If you do not want your image used by NR12 Fitness, please inform a team member.
